Loves Wreckage

Music blaring, people dancing, and laughing, "Bartender pour me another round. This is going to be epic", he said, "See that girl over there dancing like nobody is watching, with her long brown hair dancing off her shoulders. She gonna be my wife."

The bartender hands him the drink and says "Its on the house good luck". He quickly drinks the shot of bourbon and heads to his beloved on the floor, they dance magically like floating on air both so in tune with each other, syncing souls.

Last call and final song they begin to dance and he quickly drops to one knee mid song and asked her “So would ya” and she smiled and said "Yes!" They giggled and danced like you couldn’t believe.

It was magic, watching how in sync they were. Knowing each others next moves they were a match made in the stars.

Sirens blaring, people screaming, kids crying, the madness and sorrow all wrapped up in a few moments. As they stood looking around seeing the faces full of pain and emptiness they realize that life as they know it changed.

Monitors beeping, paper shuffling, doors closing. Life has a wicked way of tossing curve balls. The once happy souls were pronounced dead on arrival. One car too fast the other too slow, and the wrecked was just wrong place, wrong time.

In this moment hanging by the souls cord they decided to depart this life together dancing away to another journey.
